Frequently Asked Questions

All new clients will be required to agree to the cancellation policy prior to scheduling their first appointment, and all current clients will be asked to sign and submitt a copy of the policy for our records.

I apologize that this step has become necessary; but the alternative to raise fees for everyone. Thank you for your understanding. A copy of the policy follows:

Appointment/Consultation Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment or consultation. Any appointment or consultation cancelled without 24 hours notice (Prior to the scheduled time of your appointment) will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee-regardless of the amount normally charged for the cancelled session. If you have prepaid for a session/sessions, the $50 will be deducted from your credit balance. We cannot schedule another appointment until the cancellation fee is paid. We draw from several disciplines including conventional training and behavior modification techniques, veterinary medicine, and alternative behavior therapies such as; acupressure, massage, aromatherapy, reiki, nutritional support and herbal therapy; to design the most effective treatment plan for your animal and situation. We work closely with and recommend only accredited and experienced professionals in each of these areas, to provide the best quality of care possible.
