up to 10 miles from office $55
10-20 miles $65 (west denver, lakewood, littleton)
20-30 miles $75 (Arvada, Westminster, Thornton, Castle Rock)
beyond 30 miles $10 per 10 miles
Court evaluation + $10 (includes report to court) For example Lakewood court $75
